Short-term care that gives a family’s regular caregiver time to rest.

Get a fingerprint clearance card
Arizona requires one for every caregiver. We’ll show you how to apply.
Complete your training
Complete the state’s required training within 90 days of hiring.
Start getting paid
Care for your own family member, or we’ll match you with someone who needs support.
Who can apply
18 or older and living in Arizona.
Family and friends of someone who receives DDD services, or anyone who’d like to be matched with someone new.
Parents can provide every service except respite.
